Once you've purchased your training pass and successfully completed your training classes for your allotted time period, you can keep the momentum going by easily renewing your training pass.
With an Animal Humane Society training pass, you're in control of when, where, and how often you attend classes.
Our two- and four-month pass options give you unlimited access to our basic skills and puppy training classes at the time, location, and frequency that's most convenient for you – all for one affordable price.
Dog training pass prices
- Two-month training pass: $199
- Four-month training pass: $349
Class fees are due at time of registration and are nonrefundable. There is a $20 discount for AHS adopters who register within three months of adoption. Please review the information packet you received at the time of adoption for your discount code.
How do membership passes at AHS work?
Similar to a gym membership, your membership fee pays for a period of time, either one month, two months, or four months. During that time frame, you can use your pass to mix-and-match our basic skills and puppy training classes in whatever way works for you.
You can attend classes:
- At any time
- At any location
- In-person or virtually
- As many times as is recommended for your dog
Once you've purchased your training membership pass, you'll be able to register for the specific class type, level, and time that you're interested in.
Many of our skills classes feature several levels based on your dog's mastery of the skills that are taught. With a membership pass, your dog can move through the levels at their own pace, whether they're quick learners or they need a little more practice.
Most dogs are able to pass a level after attending the class for three to five weeks. We recommend a four-month pass to see notable changes in behavior. If you can't commit to four months, you can renew your one- or two-month pass anytime.

Specialty classes
Looking for more specific training for your dog? AHS offers a variety of specialty classes, like Reactive Rovers, The Nose Knows, and Four on the Floor, but they're not included in the membership pass. Fees range between $25 and $250 per session.
