Explore Animal Humane Society with a visit to one of our four locations for a group tour led by one of our professional humane educators. Learn more about the history of AHS, the animals we care for, the services we provide, and more. 

Tours are offered throughout the year by appointment, and can often be combined with a classroom program.

We are full for the summer months, with availability beginning in September.

Cost: $20 (plus $1 per person exceeding 20 for Golden Valley tours)
Length of tour: 45-60 minutes
Group size: Tours require a minimum of five people and can accommodate up to 15 people (or 40 people in Golden Valley, depending on availability).
Minimum age: Participants must be at least 6 years old.

Times vary by location.

  • Golden Valley: Unavailable until fall 2018
  • Coon Rapids:  Unavailable until fall 2018
  • St. Paul:  Unavailable until fall 2018
  • Woodbury:  Unavailable until fall 2018

Reservations are required for all tours.
