Dental and specialty services

If you believe your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact a local emergency veterinary hospital. We are unable to give any medical advice or opinions without seeing your pet.

Puppy exam

AHS Veterinary Centers offer a range of affordable dental services and specialty surgeries, including:

  • Dental cleanings and extractions
  • Eye removal
  • Medically necessary amputations
  • Mass and cyst removals

These services are only available to otherwise healthy animals. Any required after care is the responsibility of the pet's caretaker. Review our Veterinary Center fees for eligibility and a complete list of prices.

Presurgical exam

We require a presurgical exam before you can schedule your pet's dental or specialty procedure. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Pets over the age of 5 will require presurgical bloodwork. Any pet with dental disease grade 3 or 4 will also require presurgical bloodwork and preoperative antibiotic therapy.

Staff will schedule your dental appointment as soon as the presurgical exam is complete.
