On Tuesday, June 8, staff at Animal Humane Society celebrated a special milestone for one of our longtime volunteers, Charlotte Beegle, who turned 100 years old!
Charlotte has volunteered with AHS for 32 years (approximately 5,000 hours!) in a variety of roles, including walking dogs, playing with cats, filing, stuffing letters, and helping with the Walk for Animals. She’s always adopted her pets from AHS — which includes her current resident kitty, Eddie.
Happy birthday, Charlotte! Your more than 30 years of volunteer service at AHS inspires us all, and we're so grateful you're a part of our animal-loving community.
