  We may be able to help you keep your pet at home or there may be alternative re-homing options available to you.

• SURRENDERING YOUR PET TO ANIMAL HUMANE SOCIETY
  Appointments typically available within one week!

  Begin the process of surrendering your pet to AHS if alternative resources don't address the circumstances you are experiencing with your pet.

• SURRENDER FORMS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND FEES
  Complete and print out the required corresponding surrender form and bring it and a copy of your pet’s veterinary records with you to your appointment.
