The Pack is a group of young professionals who are passionate about animals and Animal Humane Society. We gather to learn about, take part in, and advocate for the work that Animal Humane Society does while creating an environment for animal lovers to share ideas and build relationships.
April 14 — Outreach Wellness Event, St. Paul School, 643 Virginia St., St. Paul MN 55103
Through our Community Outreach Program, Animal Humane Society’s regularly hosts wellness clinics in underserved and low-income communities where residents can bring their animals for free wellness exams, vaccinations, and to sign up for free spay/neuter surgeries. You can make a difference for pets and families in these communities by volunteering at this event.

April 24, 6:30 p.m. — Precious Cargo, Golden Valley AHS, 845 Meadow Lane N., Golden Valley, MN 55422
Join us for our Precious Cargo event as we welcome animals from overcrowded and underfunded shelters to Animal Humane Society. You can help get these animals settled in for their first day in Minnesota, including giving the puppies a bath after their long journey.
Pack members will receive an email with instructions on how to RSVP.
April 28, 10 a.m. — Dogs & Donuts, Battle Creek Off-leash Dog Park, Upper Afton Road, Maplewood, MN 55119
Dogs & Donuts is back! Enjoy a complimentary donut with us right outside the park from 10-10:20 a.m. At 10:20 a.m., we’ll head to the off-leash area. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee! If you plan to bring your dog, please review the rules for the dog park ahead of time. No need to RSVP, just meet us at the park.
May 5, 10 a.m. — Walk for Animals, Golden Valley AHS, 845 Meadow Lane N., Golden Valley, MN 55422
Get your wag on and join The Pack’s Walk for Animals team! The Walk for Animals is Saturday, May 5. This is Animal Humane Society’s largest annual fundraiser, bringing together more than 8,000 people and 3,000 animals to wag, walk, and raise funds for animals in our community.
Stop by The Pack booth at the Walk to play trivia and win some awesome swag!
We know this cause is close to your heart and we’ve committed as a team to do what we can to help animals. Register and contribute — either through a donation or by joining our team (if you haven’t already) and helping raise money for animals in need.

Paid membership includes one year of Pack events and benefits. If funds are tight, you can fill out and submit the Pack membership fee waiver application. The Board will review these applications and contact chosen applications to let them know their membership fees will be waived.

The advisory board is a group of Animal Humane Society staff and non-staff members who lead the Pack. They plan the programs, communicate with members, support membership, and ensure activities follow the mission of The Pack and Animal Humane Society.
