Puppy Day at the Capitol is a bi-paw-tisan favorite

An adorable litter of puppies brought smiles and stress relief to the Minnesota State Capitol on Monday, March 17. Animal Humane Society’s returned to capitol hill for its annual Puppy Day at the Capitol, providing hundreds of legislators and staff an opportunity to cuddle with thirteen sweet, wiggly pups.

In addition to providing a break from their hectic schedules, the event provided an opportunity for legislators to meet AHS staff, learn about the organization’s work, and its policy priorities – including the Dog and Cat Data Transparency Bill (SF1029 and HF1296).
