On this week’s episode of Pet Dish TV, we learn how to prep for the dog park, and how to be a good dog park guest!

It’s no secret that here in Minnesota, we have long winters. So during those few months when we don’t have snow on the ground, a lot of us dog owners like to take advantage of all the great local dog parks. But before you head out, you want to make sure you and your pup are ready for the park. That includes mastering basic recalls and moving with your dog.

Reading your dog's body language

Spending time at the dog park isn’t just a great way to get in some exercise, it’s a great opportunity to bond with your dog, too! Knowing how to read your dog's body language is important whenever your dog is meeting other humans and four-legged friends.
