Kindest Cut becomes AHS Veterinary Centers

Kindest Cut gets a new name!

On August 1, 2018 our Kindest Cut clinics were renamed Animal Humane Society Veterinary Centers.

AHS launched Kindest Cut in 2011 to provide low-cost spay/neuter surgeries for pets of people in need. The program has since grown to provide additional services — including preventative care, dental services, and specialty surgeries — to pets of income-qualified individuals and families, military personnel and veterans, and other nonprofit rescue organizations.

The new name reflects the expanded mission of our clinics and makes it easier for people to find, understand, and use our low-cost services.

Our veterinary centers include two brick-and-mortar clinics at AHS in Golden Valley and St. Paul.
