AHS recognized as 2018 Top Workplace

AHS named top work place

Based on employee survey results from last September, Animal Humane Society is proud to share that we're being recognized as a 2018 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune. More than 600 organizations from the Twin Cities metro participated in the survey, and while we weren't ranked in the first 150 regional workplaces, we're being honored as a standout among Twin Cities companies. As part of our ongoing efforts to be a healthy organization, we're committed to demonstrating the importance of our staff, which is why we've raised our minimum wage three years in a row, expanded our short-term disability benefit, and increased our 401(k) match  to name a few. As an organization, we continue to strive to make AHS a better place to work.

This achievement wouldn't be possible without the commitment, dedication, and passion that each and every one our employees bring to work. The more than 2,000 volunteers who help us in this work are also a key part of our success.
