Animal Humane Society offers two- or four-month training passes for our obedience classes (Puppy Kindergarten, Obedience Courses Levels 1-5, and Canine Good Citizen Prep), providing you more flexibility with your schedule.

Most dogs are able to pass an obedience course after attending the course for three to five weeks. We recommend a four-month pass to see notable changes in behavior. If you can't commit to four months, you can renew your two-month pass anytime.

Before purchasing a Training School pass, please watch our Introduction to Dog Training video, where you'll learn about our program and the variety of classes and playgroups we offer.

Pricing structure

  • Two-month obedience training pass — $185
  • Four-month obedience training pass — $320

Class fees are due at time of registration and are nonrefundable. There is $20 discount for Animal Humane Society adopters who register within three months of adoption.

Note: In response to COVID-19, we have implemented several new safety protocols. Before registering for an in-person class, please be aware that only one person (over 18 years of age) may attend class with their dog and a face mask must be worn at all times. You will also be asked to complete a brief health screening upon entry.
