I came to Animal Humane Society as a stray. No one claimed me, so now I’m looking for a new home.
I’ll be a loving companion, but it may take me a little longer to acclimate to new people and new environments. A quieter, low-activity home would allow me the opportunity to get used to new things at my own pace.
Affectionate cats like me enjoy close interactions and snuggling. I might be a little shy or bashful as I adapt to a new environment, but that should be easy in a home with moderate activity.
I was diagnosed with the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), a condition that is contagious to other cats. FeLV have a shorter life expectancy, but with proper care and management, I could live many months to years in good health. If you have any questions about my special needs, please see a staff member or volunteer.
Don’t forget about me! I’ve been waiting for a new home for a while. The staff and volunteers know just how special I am. I could be a great pet if you give me a chance. Please take a moment to get to know me — we might be a perfect match!
