Snoopy

About 10 and a half years ago, I adopted a 7-month-old poodle/bischon named Snoopy from the Coon Rapids shelter. I fell in love with him the first second that I saw him. It has been a lot of hard work taking care of a dog, but I wouldn't trade him for anything. Many people think that all animals from a shelter are damaged goods. I know from personal experience that isn't true, and I encourage everyone who is thinking about getting a pet to adopt one from a shelter. Snoopy has such a pleasant nature and has never caused any problems. He loves being around other animals and humans and has been a true friend to me. He has sat by my side through so many hard times. I don't know where I'd be without his love. I can't believe that it's been almost 11 years since I adopted him! I am so lucky to have such a wonderful dog! Adopting Snoopy is the best thing I've ever done!
