Cupcake

Cupcake is such a wonderful addition to my household! She was a stray, so I didn’t know what she was used to before, but she made herself right at home from the minute we walked in the door. It seemed like she always belonged here. She is about 6 years old and still likes to play, especially the “chasing game” where she dashes between the rooms, getting me to chase her. So although she’s an indoor kitty, we both get plenty of exercise!  It took her a couple of weeks before she was very interested in eating, but now she loves mealtime.

Cupcake is a great companion and a good communicator too. I have some chronic health issues and live alone, and sometimes it can get kind of quiet, but not with Cupcake!  She also seems to really like people, whether it’s just me or a houseful! A few weeks after I got her, I had some overnight guests coming and going with lots of activity, but it didn't seem to bother her at all; in fact she seems to enjoy having people around to “entertain” her. Cupcake is a real blessing, and I’m so glad to have her!
