when he left he was all up to date on his shots. when meme left the Andover, Anoka Animal Control and Police dept. could not confirm that he had been picked up or dropped off. The Coon Rapids Animal Humane Society if dropped there by someone, were sending lost pets I was being told to The Golden Valley AHS. (The extreme heat in the area flooded the shelters, and rescues in our area.) I could not find any indication that he was not alive, nor that any local area shelters had taken him in. I went to the crahs numerous times..I cannot believe someone did not tell me this.. I guess I did only ask the first time, after that I just came in and looked and left... so he could be some where by Golden Valley if someone had turned him in to Coon Rapids animal humane society or ???? who knows. most of the information I just mentioned I did not find out until quite a while later.:( When meme meows it sounds like he is saying me me as he was born with no voice box. Also born with a fused hip (which just means he does not have as wide range of motion in hips for climbing and jumping and sprinting.) When walking he walks like on a cat walk, (crossing one foot in front of the other) just in back. When he runs he appears like he is hopping. This also limits his ability to get out of places he gets stuck a lot... like if he came across an empty fish pond 18" deep. he could get into an empty one but he would be there a long time. If he can use his front legs he can do more. he could not jump on the bed.. but if there were blankets hanging off the side he could pull himself and make it..Neutered yes, But you would not think so by just looking. when he snuggles he pushes his face into yours and rubs it around...he has an awesome personality looks you directly in the eyes and is not just a cat.. **Me me is a very loved and missed part of the family. he also has a twin brother.
