Because Willey has such a big neck collars were uncomfortable to him, so he doesn't have one on. He is all up to date on shots.

Willey growls but he doesn't bite. We call him a grrrr dog. He is leary of people and may seem unfriendly, but he is really. He favorite thing to do is give kisses. If you scratch his hiney he will act like he is going to nip you, but that is just play.
