Frodo is epileptic. He is probably having frequent seizures because he has not had medication since November 9. He gets very disoriented, foams at the mouth and pees himself when he seizes. If you find him, please get him to a vet for phenobarbital tablets. It will stop the seizures very quickly and he'll become his normal happy, lively self.
