Isa is a brown & white tabby longhair. His back is mostly brown tabby with white on his belly and legs. He has a brown spot over his nose and muzzle. Our neighbors hate cats and set out live traps for strays. We're concerned he got trapped and dropped off somewhere or turned in at a shelter.
