Lilly is missing,,, small orange and white tabby was trapped by neighbor on 6-27-12 . Daughter was informed by dog warden that he can drown her or club her to death and there is nothing illegal. Orange fur was seen in his trap, of course he denied knowledge. Our heart is broke, and pray for her return.
