Tula is Pet of the Week

At Animal Humane Society, we believe all dogs are special. And, then there are those, like Tula, who are extra special due to their rough start in life. Tula was one of the many dogs taken from a hoarding case in Bemidji and as you'll see in the video clip below, she's a sweet pup who loves who make a great lap dog.
