COURT-ORDERED VOLUNTEERING

The Animal Humane Society does accept court-ordered volunteers. All court-ordered volunteers must be 18 years of age. We do not accept persons who have been convicted of the following crimes:

Felony level crimes
Crimes committed with a weapon
Illegal possession of a fire arm
Drug related offenses
History of sexual offenses
Predatory crimes
Theft
Possession/receiving/selling stolen property
Crimes of violence (including domestic assault)
Animal cruelty/neglect

The Animal Humane Society also reserves the right to refuse any court-ordered volunteers for offenses not listed here.
