To become a member of the Animal Humane Society’s Legacy Circle an individual needs to include AHS in their estate planning.  There are no minimum gift amounts to be a member and bequests can be given through a variety of ways such as inclusion in a donor’s will, by naming the Animal Humane Society as the beneficiary of an insurance policy or retirement, investment or bank account, or by establishing a more structured trust or annuity.
